Meljen's Challenge #203 Let's hear it for the boys!

Welcome to a new fun challenge at the Meljen's Designsteam and Challengeblog! This week: "Let's hear it for the boys!"
For my card this week I've used this really awesome "Dirt Storm Monster Truck". Perfect for a boy's card!!
I've sprayed with ink on the background to give it a bit of a dirty look and also made some gears with paper that I sprayed with ink. Distressed the edges of my papers and some metalstuff to finish the card.
When you enter our challenge don't forget to use an image of Meljen's Designs or else you won't be in the drawing for the prizes!

Welkom bij een nieuwe challenge op het Meljen's Designsteam en Challengeblog! Deze week: "Let's hear it for the boys!".
Op mijn kaart  heb ik deze gave "Dirt Storm Monster Truck" gebruikt, perfect voor een jongenskaart.
Ik heb de achtergrond met inkt gesprayed zodat het een beetje modderige look kreeg. Ik heb ook gears uit papier gestanst dat ik eerst met inkt heb bewerkt. Daarna wat metalen dingetjes om de kaart af te maken.
Als je meedoet met deze challenge vergeet dan niet om een afbeelding van Meljen's Designs te gebruiken want anders doe je niet mee in de trekking voor de prijzen!
Ik hoop jullie creaties deze week te zien bij onze challenge!

Bloom

Even lekker een layout gemaakt met mijn nieuwe bloemetjes en papier wat ik vorige week bij Scrapdelight had gekocht. De combinatie mintgroen en roze vind ik persoonlijk erg mooi.

Ik heb een sketch gebruikt van Creative Embellishments en van hun inspiratiefoto de vlinders gebruikt. Ik heb hem gecombineerd met het moodboard van Scrap Around The World. Hier het roze, het distress effect achter de kwast en de foto van de bloemen gebruikt als inspiratie. Ik had laatst een foto van de magnolia in de tuin gemaakt die bezoek had van een lieveheersbeestje, deze foto vroeg erom om gescrapt te worden.

Made this layout last week with my new flowers and papers I bought at Scrapdelight. I really love the combination of mintgreen and pink.
I've used a sketch by Creative Embellishments and of their inspirationpicture I've used the butterflies. I've combined this sketch with the moodboard of Scrap Around The World. From the moodboard I've picked the pink, the picture of the flower and the distressed background behind the paintbrush for inspiration. Recently I made this picture of our magnoliatree which was visited by a little ladybug. This picture just had to be scrapped.
