DT day at Meljen's Designs

Hi everyone!
Today it's my turn to show you something I've created with one of the fabulous images of Melissa.
As you maybe know I'm totally in love with Steampunk, so ofcourse I couldn't resist using this image of Melissa:

 Victorian Goth Girl

She's soooooooo cute, I love her!

I've coloured her up with my Prisma Colourpencils and to give my card a vintage-vibe I've distressed all the papers and inked the edges with brown ink.
Ofcourse I wanted it to have a "Steampunk" feel so instead of flowers I've used gears (made of polymerclay with the help of a siliconmold) and all other kinds of knick knacks I've collected like screws and hooks. Some of these things I've got from my mom. She collects buttons and sometimes get boxes  from other people, filled with buttons and other things. She keeps the buttons and I get the leftovers LOL.
